Chocolate Creme Brulee

Ingredients:
6 ounces Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large egg yolks


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips over a
double boiler. In saucepan, combine milk, cream, vanilla, 1/4 cup sugar and
vanilla extract over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Temper the egg
yolks with the cream mixture and whisk until smooth. Add the melted Hershey's
Special Dark Chocolate Chips and mix well.

Strain the custard and pour in six 4-ounce ramekins. Set the ramekins in a
shallow baking pan and place in the oven. Pour hot water in the pan to cover
the ramekins half way. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven
and let cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat

broiler, sprinkle custards with remaining sugar, broil 30 to 60 seconds, and
serve.
