Chocolate Tomato Pepper Jack Strip Steak

Ingredients:
Four 12-ounce steaks (cooked to your liking)
Chocolate Tomato Pepper Jack Crust Ingredients:
1 cup pepper jack
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup Hershey's Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Mix all ingredients, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Reserve. During last minute of cooking the steaks, top with equal portions of chocolate and tomato pepper jack crust. Let melt.
Yield: 4 servings
