Cocoa Seared Scallops

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
12 scallops
Directions: Dredge scallops in cocoa rub and sear on medium high heat for two minutes per side.
