Chocolate Chip Oatmeal with Bananas, Pecans, and Honey

Ingredients:
3 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons instant oats
1 tablespoon Hershey's Cocoa Powder or Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter, soft

Garnish:
1 banana, small diced
4 teaspoons pecans, chopped
4 teaspoons Hershey's Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoon orange blossom honey (regular honey may be substituted)

Directions:
Over high heat, bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Hershey's Cocoa Powder and brown sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add butter, mixing until fully incorporated.

Remove from heat and evenly portion into warm bowls. Garnish each bowl with 1/4 banana, 1 teaspoon pecans, 1 teaspoon Hershey's Chocolate Chips, and 1/2 teaspoon honey.


Yield: 4 servings

Notes: Any fresh fruit may be substituted for banana, and any favorite nut may be substituted for pecans.
