Grilled Summer Time Lamb Burger

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground lamb meat
3 teaspoons Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 ounces oats
4 teaspoons chocolate ketchup (see Chocolate Ketchup recipe)
Salt, to taste |

Directions:
In large, clean bowl, combine all above ingredients and mix very well until all are incorporated. This can also be done using table top mixture on low speed.
Form mixture into desired patties size (4, 6, or 8 ounces). Place burgers on clean, oiled grill that is at medium-high heat. Turn burgers 3 times every 3 to 4 minutes, or until done to your liking. Place burgers on low side of grill to rest for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove burgers from grill to toasted Kaiser Roll and serve.
Suggested serving with:
Sliced jalapeno jack cheese
Sliced roasted tomatoes
Sliced grilled red onions
Sliced avocado
Notes: You may substitute the ground lamb with beef, buffalo, or turkey.
