Ingredients:
3 qt tomatoes, small dice
1 red onion, small dice
1/8 cup chopped fresh garlic
1/8 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup chopped black olives
Salt to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Directions:
