Ingredients:
1 pound all purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:
Sift flour and cocoa powder together. Kneed in the eggs and olive oil for 15 minutes. Let dough rest for another 15 minutes. Roll and cut. Cook in lightly salted boiling water until al dente.
