Chocolate-Covered Bread Sticks

Ingredients:
1 pound cake flour
1/2 pound butter
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 egg yolks
4 slice prosciutto ham
1 cup melted chocolate bar (chef prefers dark chocolate, but milk chocolate works well also)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put the butter and flour in a mixer. Add water, salt, sugar, and egg yolks. Mix until just combined. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out into a 1/2 inch thick layer and cut into strips, 6 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. Bake until golden brown and allow to cool.

Wrap in prosciutto and dip in chocolate. Allow to set.
