White Chocolate Fudge Brownies
The Hotel Hershey Culinary Team, from The Hotel Hershey
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 sticks butter
2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa Powder
2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate, chopped into chucks
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients. Add sifted ingredients to butter mixture. Scrape often. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Notes: If you would like icing, top with Chocolate Ganache.
